The client is a medium manufacturing company in Rochester, NY that specializes in providing customized label printing and packaging for a variety of industries. The organization recently announced the retirement of their long-standing CFO. They engaged ProNexus to provide them with a top-notch CFO that was local and ideally had industry experience.

ProNexus was engaged by the client to perform a executive search for a CFO as a replacement for their current CFO who had announced his retirement. ProNexus relied on their research-based process that leveraged their partners’ vast professional networks to guarantee delivery. As part of the process, ProNexus performed an extensive due diligence to learn all of the aspects of the position along with the culture and off-paper requirements of the job. They then started the recruiting and interviewing, narrowing down the candidate base to 5 strong candidates. Those candidates were presented to the client and interviewed on-site. ProNexus worked with the client to narrow down the qualified candidates to two, while ultimately coaching and guiding the client and final chosen candidate through the offer and acceptance stage. ProNexus then worked with the new and incumbent CFO for a smooth transition.
